The SDI Rescue Diver programme transforms competent divers into capable first responders, equipping you with life-saving skills for both underwater and surface emergencies. Course Structure:

The programme combines theory modules (accident causation, rescue psychology) with practical sessions including 10 rescue exercises and two simulated full rescue scenarios. Training typically spans 3-4 days, requiring current first aid/CPR certification and 40+ logged dives for enrolment.
